Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Joshine.

We 100% guarantee that customers can return or exchange within 15 days in original condition and packaging if our product does not fit the size.

Outbound shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Joshine does not provide pre-paid return labels you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

If You Wish To Cancel Your Order Or Return Your Order For a Refund a 10% Fee Will Be Deducted From Your Total .

 

Note:

1) Products must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all labels attached. We do not accept worn items.
 Please include the original order packing slip with the return package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

2) Please send the product back when we inform the return address, please do not return it at the original address.
 We do not accept offline returns. Also please do not go directly to the warehouse.

3) For returns, please send an email to our customer service team at support@joshine.com and let us know your order# and why you want to return it,
 Our customer service team will respond with resolution and return instructions within 24 hours.

2.Returns:

You will receive an email notification if your return is accepted.

Your refund will then be processed and applied to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to different processing times by financial institutions.

3.Return address:

After submitting the request, customer service will provide the return address via email.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

4.Pay the return fee

Shipping is your responsibility if the return is not due to quality issues or our fault.

5.Size issues

We recommend that you check the size chart to find your size before placing an order.
